LoopBuy Loopbuy Terms of Service
Effective 16 October 2026.
The service
Loopbuy gives restaurants and auto repair shops an AI assistant (Mira) that answers calls and messages, plus the web dashboard and the Loopbuy Manager app to run orders, job cards and appointments.
Accounts
Business accounts are opened by Loopbuy or by the business owner. Owners decide which staff can sign in and what they can see. Keep passwords, PINs and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use Loopbuy only for your own business and lawfully. Tell your customers that calls may be answered by an AI assistant, get their consent before sending them marketing texts, and follow the laws on calls and texts that apply to you.
Text messages (SMS)
By giving your phone number to a business that uses Loopbuy, you agree to receive texts about your order or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
AI answers
Mira can make mistakes. Check orders, bookings and estimates before relying on them. Emergencies are transferred to the number you set; Mira is not an emergency service.
Fees
Fees are agreed with each business separately. The app itself is free to download and has no in-app purchases.
Ending the service
You can stop using Loopbuy and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Loopbuy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Loopbuy is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
